In the computer business since 1991, I have extensive knowledge in Microsoft and Novell servers and clients.  Started with good old DOS, Netware, and custom xBase programming, I have been keeping up with technology ever since.  I specialize in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft and Novell networks.  I take pride in my ability to customize network solutions based on my customer's needs.

Even though I have never been asked to provide any type of certification, in 2007 I decided it was time to get one.  I chose the Microsoft program because of it's wide acceptance and the fact of it being in 99% of my customer base.  Don't get confused by the small business credential, I also do work for medium and large businesses too.
